Sometimes referred to by locals as “The Hungarian Sea,” Lake Balaton is about 50 miles long and three miles wide, making it the largest lake in central Europe and a great Budapest stag weekend destination.
Restaurants and cafes line the shores, with great coffee, stuffed pancakes, fried fish and other Hungarian delicacies. Even if you don’t know much about sailing, you can enjoy everything that Lake Balaton has to offer from a sailboat or sailing yacht! Your stag party will have a captain on board so that your group can relax and enjoy the ride.
